Tickets went onsale today for the Youngcare Benefit Concert 2010. This is a concert organised by Bernard Fanning (aka Powderfinger’s lead singer) to raise financial support and awareness for young people with disabilities living in nursing homes.
Youngcare strives to address issues that force families to put their young family member who requires high personal care into aged care facilities because there are simply no other options. As someone who’s affected by this personally, I commend Youngcare for addressing this issue and more!
The Youngcare Benefit Concert will feature the two Aria winning Bernard Fanning and Clare Bowditch hosted by Julian Morrow. It will be held on Friday, March 26 at Brisbane’s The Tivoli.
